The standard time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time, Order verification, quality check and packaging.All orders are processed for dispatch within the 5 business days after your order is placed, 7 days a week. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped via our USPS service agreement. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 12 and 20 days to arrive at their destination in US, but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. If you are located in the U.S. and your item has not arrived within 31 business days, we offer a FULL refund for the inconvenience. For locations outside the Europe, we offer full refund if no item is received after 45 business days of shipping out.
